Michael, an attorney and accountant, has 20 years of distressed debt buying expertise focused on LMM Operating Company debt, investing in over 100 deals (over $500mm in loans) in a variety of industries and situations each having its own nuances.

FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

C&I Lending and Credit Risk Management, Distressed Debt acquisition, Business Strategist, Sales and Marketing. Donn has 25 years of experience in Lending/Credit Risk Management focusing on privately-held operating companies in the LMM. As CEO, he led the successful growth of a de novo Bank, and as Head of Commercial Lending, Donn led the lending and credit efforts of a $1 billion Bank (publicly held on NASDAQ).

As a 25-year entrepreneur, Ike has started, owned and operated a number of businesses across a variety of different industries, ranging in size up to $75 million in annual revenues. He also has experience as an Executive Coach and Advisory Board Member for small to mid-sized businesses.

DEAL OPERATIONS MANAGERS

Our Deal Operations team is comprised of experienced business owners and operations managers. They bring a combined 20+ years of working with Solutions Management team in dealing with troubled companies. This team is a key component for us being actively involved in investments, focusing on day-to-day operations, cash flow management, creditor negotiations, HR decisions, etc.

DEAL FINANCIAL MANAGERS

Our Deal Finance team is comprised of former turn-around consultants and CFOs of operating companies. They bring a combined 20+ years of working with Solutions Management team on distressed debt. This team is critical to providing timely cash flows, financial reporting, projections, trend analysis and key performance indicator tracking.
